Sandhills Center is a Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO) serving people in eleven counties in central North Carolina. We have a robust network of providers who offer treatment and support for mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities and substance use disorders.

IDD Care Coordinator: The I\DD Care Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive care coordination and monitoring (to individuals having a primary Developmental Disability. Must be a QDDP. Position is remote but will require travel to visit members.
Engagement Specialist: Disabilities Engagement Specialist is responsible for assisting care managers with care management functions.
