Registered Nurse (RN) $55/Hour FT or PT

We care for people in a small, Adult Family Home setting in Marshfield. Registered Nurse positions are available in our High-Needs Medical Programs. All training is provided and paid for.

Compensation: $55.00 per hour

• Serve as the lead team member while on shift, directing and assisting caregivers, and supervising less skilled nursing or healthcare personnel.
• Administer and Monitor Client Medications: Administer medications and monitor clients for reactions and changes in condition, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Develop and Implement Care Plans: Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care plans, including monitoring diet, physical activity, and overall health.
• Conduct Physical Assessments and Document Care: Perform physical assessments, document clients' progress, conditions, and vital signs, and maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Ensure Equipment and Supply Readiness: Organize and maintain medical equipment and supplies, ensuring all equipment, including ventilation care, is in proper working order

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will hold a current Registered Nurse license. He or she will have a strong work ethic, will pay attention to detail, and will be capable of managing potential crisis situations. He or she must have strong interpersonal skills such as patience, empathy, dependability, and kindness, not only with our clients, but with our team. He or she must have a desire to work with adults with physical and emotional health challenges. Successful candidates will have the ability to gain rapport with clients and become an active participant in their daily lives.

All caregivers must be able to lift 75 pounds and must have a valid driver's license. All qualified candidates will be required to pass a caregiver background check, a pre-employment drug screen and physical, and have positive employment references.

Shifts are: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, with every other weekend required so we can ensure everyone has every other weekend off. Full and Part-Time positions available.
