Our agency is currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Licensed Therapist (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) $65-$75/hr.
2. Provisional Licensed Therapist (LAC, and LAMFT) $50-$60/hr.

Precious Hands Community Helpers is a community-based mental health agency established to serve individuals and families in need of mental and behavioral support and resources.

We are seeking Full and Part Time Therapists to provide home and community services 21 years of age and above.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients from the first meeting with a psychotherapist until the last session.

• Help clients to explore their issues, concerns, and expectations and to reach their goals.

• Read between the lines in what clients say and guide them to talk about their feelings.

• Encourage clients to set goals and outline concrete steps to help them reach their goals.

• Provide information about treatment alternatives and support clients in making informed decisions.

• Be comfortable when clients are angry, scared, or confused.
• Convey messages clearly to family members.
• Be assertive when needed.

Qualifications:

• Therapists: LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, and LAMFT
• Behavioral Assistant: Bachelors or Masters in mental health or equivalent.
