Hiring Dementia Caregivers/STNA/Direct Care Support

We are currently accepting applications for full time Direct Care Staff at our Toledo and Northwood location. On-site training is available. Applicants should be caring and compassionate individuals who love working with the elderly. Salary is based upon experience.

Offering $500 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

Remind prescribed medication
Assist residents with ambulation and mobility around the house
Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
Perform light housekeeping duties that residents cannot complete on their own
Be a pleasant and supportive companion
Report any unusual incidents
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Skills

Proven experience as a caregiver
Excellent knowledge of emergency response
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Respectful and compassionate
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ethics
Physical endurance
High school diploma or equivalent
